Glue spreader (NL 4-6000; 4000; 3000) is intented for untiluble-sided gluing wood lipings and plywood where precise glue application is required. Spreader’s front side has cylinder transporter and on the other side plank cylinders. Bar conveyors are mounted on each side of applicator roll, that can be made of rubber or of high quality plastic, smooth or grooved. Spreader works automatically. Planks are put on the front side of the transporter which carries them to the gluing section, where they stop when border switch is activated. When it is lifted transport is activated automatically. When the transporter is stopped by the border switch glue spreading cylinder untilesn’t stop so the glue untilesn’t get dry. Quantity of application is regulated by a control bar. Elements which have contact with glue are made of special protection layers.
